The service

KMBFS Share Certificate lets you create, manage and verify share certificates and share registers for your company and download them as PDFs.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and have authority to act for the company whose certificates you create. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Fees

Fees are shown before payment. Paid certificates are locked; later changes are made through transfers, amendments or reissues recorded in the activity history.

Liability

Certificates are generated from the information you provide. You should confirm that they comply with your company's memorandum of incorporation and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, KMBFS is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by users.
